"COACHING"
 
                 
          The Coaching is a methodology that gets the highest professional and personal development of people, and leads to a profound transformation, generating perspective changes and increased commitment and responsibility, which translates into better results.  
  

In this same line of thought, it can be seen as a systematic process that facilitates learning and promotes cognitive, emotional and behavioral changes, aimed at expanding the capacity of action of an individual in terms of achieving the goals.

Onsite coaching works to facilitate the development processes in people, among these are: professional development, achievement of objectives, in dissolving barriers to personal growth and the pursuit of improved performance levels.

          In organizational settings, coaching has established itself as a powerful tool that enhances leadership facilitates performance and accompanying processes and training for the purpose of ensuring the effective acquisition of skills.

 
CHARACTERISTICS

TYPES
Then different types of coaching are presented in terms of methods the coach used, either by content or the method used.

 According to the content:

1. Personal Coaching: Also called life coach, refers to the coaching skills for daily living. It works on projects of life, personal mission, objectives, strategies for change, etc. This type of Coaching pursues the welfare of the person in different areas of life.

2.  Organizational Coaching: Can be divided into two different types of coaching:

·    Business Coaching: It is aimed at organizations or companies in general and not just to executives. It includes topics such as empowerment, time management, foster relations among workers, productivity, customer satisfaction, teamwork, etc.

·    Executive Coaching: Among the types of organizational coaching, this type of coaching is aimed at senior executives. It refers to explore leadership development and management skills and interpersonal communication, staff performance, etc.
 

 3.  Sports Coaching: The Coaching works mainly sports motivation and development of the full potential of the athlete. Empowerment and leadership skills also works. 3. Coaching with Emotional Intelligence: This type of coaching is based on contributions from Daniel Goleman on emotional intelligence. 5.  Coaching NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming): Analyzes how the person interprets and faces reality (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to help modify certain behaviors. This type of coaching combines Coaching with NLP .
 
6. Cognitive Coaching: This type of coaching allows efficient transmission of knowledge in the process of coaching. It takes into account the training of cognitive functions ; expressive and receptive functions, memory, learning and thinking.
